National Biographers Day is celebrated on May 16 of every year. National Biographers Day honours the first meeting of Samuel Johnson and James Boswell on 16th May 1763 in London, England. It is also a day to admire the biographers who teach us about the famous people and give us an impression into their lives via the biographies. The biographies for children are the best way to explain the history of people and their accomplishments in life. The Biographies range from simplest text to very complex ideas and narratives. Hence, National Biographers Day is a perfect day to honour the biographers and to celebrate the genre.
