September 27: World Tourism Day 2021

Every year on September 27 is celebrated as World Tourism Day. This day gives the importance to tourism sector globally.  To raise the awareness of tourism in social, economic, political, and cultural significance.

On World Tourism Day it highlights the tourism sector globally. According to United Nations data, one in a tenth of people employs in the tourism sector their livelihood depends on tourism.
