July 28: World Nature Conservation Day 2021
The world has been in a crisis caused by environmental degradation and climate change for a long time. World Nature Conservation Day is celebrated on July 28 every year to raise people's awareness of nature protection and protecting natural resources, which is a wake-up call. Therefore, we control all resources and go all out to save this little blue dot we call the earth.
Currently, forest loss and degradation alone account for about 12% of anthropogenic carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions. Nearly a quarter of global emissions come from the entire land sector, including agriculture, forests, and other land uses.
When is International Mother Earth Day?
The celebration of World Nature Conservation Day recognises that a healthy environment is the foundation for a stable and healthy society.
